The FRACTOMAT®/KRAK-GAGE® patented technology provides an improved test method for fatigue-crack growth testing, known as the KRAK-GAGE® Indirect Potential Drop Technique. This method meets and exceeds the accuracy and sensitivity requirements of ASTM E647, the standard test method for fatigue-crack growth rates. The system can be used on a wide variety of materials and on a broad range of crack-growth rates. This crack measuring system has been supplied to government research labs, aircraft manufacturers, universities and colleges, the automotive industry and independent research facilities.
